During this class at my home studio in Bovey Tracey, Devon, you will learn the basics of working with glass enamel powders. You will make a design for your own 25cmx 25cm wall plaque which I’ll fire for you, ready for collection another day. You could frame it to hang as a work of art, or even mount it in your kitchen or bathroom as a feature amongst plain tiles.
Your design might be abstract or could incorporate a motif, such as the fish in the example shown. The defined outlines are achieved with stencils, and we provide tools to create these; or if you prefer you can choose from several pre-prepared stencils including trees, flowers, seahorses and many more.
Whether you already work in glass, or are a complete novice, I will tailor your tuition accordingly.

Classes are held in the morning from 9am and will last up to 3 hours. I am typically available for teaching on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturday mornings. Once you have booked online please contact us to arrange a mutually convenient date. You may prefer to discuss dates with us first, but a booking must then be made to secure the date in our calendar.
